Overview
Actium Technologies is a Payment
Service Provider based in the North West of England, where
they specialise in Business to Business escrow e-commerce
services.
Problem
Actium Technologies approached
us with the desire for a corporate web pressence to serve
as a "store front" for their Online Payments Solution,
the Trusted Transactions system. Developing a corporate identity
and aiding product recognition were an integral part of their
requirements, along with presenting their process in an easy
to understand format.
Solution
Recognising our flair for design and technical
expertise, Actium Technologies approached us to develop
their website. Our first task was to produce a company logo
and work with Actium Technologies in finding a design and
layout that we felt would aid in projecting their professional
corporate image.
We helped them to define the relevant
information into a "web friendly" format, structuring it into
an accessable site. Much of the wording for the site was also restructured
into plain English, aiding understanding.
One of Actium Technologies
requirements for the site was for a Flash presentation of
how their product works. From their initial plan we developed
a branded representation, to tie into the theme of site. Flash
was also used in the main navigation interface and in several
animations throughout the site.
